I want to delete my Plex account and each time i click on “Supprimer mon compte” I get to a “Change password screen”.
How can i delete my account ???

Same here. Besides the fact that this violates EU law it is just not customer friendly. Also, I have found no way to change my enail adress. Otherwise i would have used a one-time email to change pw and then delete the email account.

I have the same problem. Haven’t used Plex in ages. Get message that database has been compromised, so I want to delete my account…

Clicking on “delete account” gets me a pop-window with prompts to reset my password. Want to delete my account NOW. Don’t trust Plex any more.

Yeah, in this building fire, they didn’t keep the doors open, they actually just replaced the doors with walls.
in addition to ‘delete my account’ taking you to an email reset, ‘get support’ takes you to a broken link.
I also wish to delete my account. It’s been out of use for some time.
So it’s time to close the account. maybe I will be back some day.
Regarding closing accounts:
I am told that additional safety measures have been taken after the incident.
Unfortunately, Deleting accounts won’t be possible until the password change has been performed.
So I reset my password and then tried to “delete my account” again. Now I get a 500 error. Come on guys.
I’d also like to delete my account and am unable to. Let us know when this feature is available to us.
