Please enable Plex skill for Alexa in the Netherlands

Hi,

I recently bought myself an Amazon Echo Dot (4th gen) and am generally happy with it. I use with my phone and a bluetooth connection to the Echo Dot. However I would love to use the Plex Alexa skill to start playlists. However I found out that I’m unable to do so due to regional restrictions. Per the support page:

The Plex Skill is currently available in the following Amazon Skill Stores.

  • Australia
  • Canada
  • Germany
  • India
  • UK
  • US

I have set up my Echo Dot to use English (United States) as a language but apparently this is different to which Amzon Skill Store that I use. Because when I visit the Plex Skill on Amazon.com I see this message:

Would it be possible to enable the skill for use in the Netherlands too? Thanks!

Isn’t this just some administrative thing though?

I don’t know but I tend to think there’s more to it than clicking a checkbox and enabling it for another region.

I think it is that simple though. I contacted Amazon support and they linked me the following page that says:

Tip: Unless you have good reason to limit your custom skill’s availability, choosing the In all countries and regions where Amazon distributes skills selection is the best option.
