Please fix Fire TV Photos missing folder names

As reported by several others, Fire TV Photos is missing folder names. I’m not sure why, but one folder out of many, does show a folder name in a gray box, and underneath as a label, but all others just show images, whether there are subfolders or not. This makes it near impossible to navigate. Folder names do flash when drilling-down, but disappear as the entire thumbnail overlays it.

Folder names are visible on Roku, Browsers, Android app, and even on my LG smart TV.

This is only one out of dozen bugs the AFTV App has. There are no folder names in photo gallery as you say, during photo browsing the app crashes often and self made mobile videos are playing upside down or squeezed. There are threads here, over a year old, but no employee does care about that. I still dont understand how they want to gain plex pass users with this kind of quality…

I have the same on mutlple different versions of a Fire TV as well as my Sony TV running Android Auto. Searching shows that it was fixed before but, by the looks of things, it is broken again.

This issue is also on the Nvidia Shield Pro, and has been for months.

Any news on fixing this bug?. It’s really the basic function of the Product that is broken.

The folder name issue appears to have been fixed as folder names now appear on top of the folder thumbnails.

I am running PMS 1.25.7.5604 and PLEX client 8.31.1.31487 for Fire TV.
