Please help constant transcoder errors

Server Version#: 1.21.1.3830
Player Version#: Latest on Amazon Firestick and PS5 clients as well as web browser

I’ve been using plex for about 8ish years now and have been loving it the whole time, even picked up a lifetime plexpass in the past year.

As of a couple of days ago I’ve started having tons of transcoder errors… on all types of media on all types of devices. I’ve also had a weird thing start happening where over night the server will lose connection to itself. The plex app is still launched but is unresponsive. Relaunching the app doesn’t fix this only a reboot does but it comes back the next night. Im also unable to get online with any browser in this state but I can ping anything and everything with command prompt.

Here’s what I’ve tried:

Restarting

Installing latest windows updates and gpu drivers

repairing the plex install

Deleting the codec folder under the plex install folder.

None of that has helped.

Specs of the server:

Dell T3610 tower

128GB ssd boot drive with windows 10 x64.

128GB ssd for plex install and transcode disk.

14TB drive for media.

2x 8TB drive for media

RX 580 8GB GPU

16GB DDR3 ECC memory

Xeon e5-2680 CPU

Any advice or tips? I can upload logs if that would help. I enabled debug mode to be safe. Nothings popping out at me in the logs yet but then again Im not 100% sure where to look.

Reinstalling plex entirely did not help. Im now contemplating reinstalling windows…
