Please Help me arghhh - qnap can browse to IP but sevrer not showing

Hi All
please oh god someone help me this is driving me crazy

so i have been using my qnap as a plex server for over 2 years, when eventually my nas failed so i purchased the exact same new nas and moved my drives over all looked good apart from plex would not start so i uninstalled and reinstalled plex and now though i can browse to the ip it only comes up as a player , and i’m not offered any server settings

others server that i used to access show up but i just don’t get the set up option once I’ve reinstalled plex

According to the log, your QNAP has an IP of: 192.168.0.115 and see a client coming from 10.0.8.6

Since they are on different IP Nets, your client is considered WAN, and as such, will not be allowed to claim the PMS

Suggest you temporarily put your client on the same IP Net as your QNAP, in order to claim

OMG been banging my head against the wall, thank you for saving my sanity
i’d been working on it remotely form work , as soon as i triead it at home it found it
