Hi all, I reinstalled the Plex app on my Tv and since doing so, we can’t watch any movies. We are getting the error message “ plex conversion failed. the transcoder exited due to an error.
Please know I know nothing about these things. Any assistance would be great and please explain in the best way for me to understand how to fix. I have the access not on a computer it’s the phone app and tv app. Thanks so much.
