Transcoder error

have pc which runs plex and nas drive.
plex runs on tv in separate room through apple box.
its reading files on nas drive in both series and movie folder. they show up on screen but when attempting to play it comes up conversion failed. transcoder exited.
been working fine with no issues till today.

i can play on my pc but not through tv, if that helps

I am guessing more info would be needed here.

What model/version Apple tv?
What version of Plex Media Server?

In any case, look into getting logs of the errors and sharing that. It will give info on the case.
