From the patch notes it seems that in version 4.53.0 back in March the “duplicate badge” that showed a small number when an entry contained more than one item was removed. What’s bizarre is this change only just happened on my server however I’ve installed 10 updates between March and the latest, server version: 1.24.0.4930 - not sure if they two are tied together but the change only happened on my server/clients a few days ago.

As I have over 4000 1080p films in one library, with another roughly 800 2160p and about 400 3D films seeing the small number in the corner was a very easy way to ensure that those were merged correctly and to visually know which films I have in 4k and/or 3D. Without this it’s very frustrating as I now have to constantly change the sort/filter to find/manage things.
I’m looking into rolling my server back to see if it’s possible to bring this feature back - but is this served from my server or from the main Plex webservers? Either way I really hope there’s a way to roll this back, I’ve been using Plex for something like a decade and this is the first time a change as made things significantly worse, as I don’t understand the change at all. Perhaps at least an option for us to display it as before?
