This all worked fine until upgrading to Ubuntu 18.04. Now I get no version counts in a blue circle. I’m hoping there is a setting I’m overlooking that would restore the versions count number.
For me now, I no longer see the duplicate badge when view movies in my library. This behavior has just recently changed. Not sure how to map my PMS version the to the “4.53.0”, but my posters in the library view have badges no longer. Was hoping it was a bug or settings that changed, but it appears badges are on the way out? My PMS version is behaving as if “4.53.0” is active. I for one would like to vote to restore the badge on the poster, but keep the new “versions” field when viewing the media details page. For a maintenance perspective, it would be nice to retain the version badge on the poster since it would easily indicate items that have duplicates.
I understand the duplicate badge was removed from the poster in the media details page. I’ve read other reports where the duplicate badges are still visible when viewing a movie library. So for me, I don’t get duplicate badges anywhere any more and I’m trying to decide if posters in the library view are supposed to still have them.
It looks like even the badges where removed from the library view in 4.56.4. This request is to restore a way to identify duplicate easily while visually viewing one’s library. You can vote if you agree.
I can live without the badge itself really - as admin it’s useful but the duplicates filter works for maintenance and I already split movies with different content versions - but the versions listing being used I would like to see be given a bit more functionality as a reference.
Seeing:
There are 2 versions listed there, but 4 commas without a character to separate the versions clearly. Personally, I’d prefer something like 4k\AC3, 1080p\AAC or even 4k(16.7Mbps), 1080p(4.7Mbps).
It would also be nice to have the “1 more” additional click through to see the extra versions only kick in if there are actually “2 more” behind that additional click. Just a thought.
