Please update the release notes shown on Plex Server page. Versions 1.22.2.4256, 1.22.2.4262, 1.22.2.4264 are showing the same release notes where on this post they are being updated.

I may be answering too late (they may have already done it), but I can see that the “PMS would fail” is in bold on the release notes.
It’s not super clear, but I assume that is the change.

Yeah, apparently they concatenate all the posts, but i don’t think that’s the best solution.
On 1.22.2.4256 they fixed a bunch of stuff and on 1.22.2.4262 they actually fixed only one more but still they listed all the previous items.
I was just asking for the Release notes on Settings > General to reflect the real changes on that version.
Unfortunately I can’t confirm the changes where I want it to happen because my sever was automatically updated this night, but I’ll check if anything has changed in the next release.
Does make it confusing to figure out what changed…

They usually list all of the changes since the last public release.
This one might have been messier.
