i am currently having trouble with my plex media player on my XBOX one X, it plays files from my plex server also 4k, which is the problem. the 4k movies is all washed out and grey on my tv, the problem has been mentioned on the forum before, but i cant figure it out, is it my setup or Plex
Good morning. Well what crosses the mind is if you have tried other media players with the stuff coming off the PMS upnp server? Is VLC on xbox yet?.. that’s a decent media player.
~ If the PMS server files are also washed-out on other media players then you can assume its a problem with the server itself.

This issue isn’t with your server but with the Xbox.
