Plex 4K OriginalFiles dont playable after pausing or stopping

Hello all,

my Plex server is running on Unraid Docker with a 10gb network card. The player is a Nvidia Shield TV Pro with 1gb Lan. On my Unraid server are my 4K original rips from my movies on regular Western Digital Red HDDs.
When I played a 4K movie it worked fine. But when the movie is stopped or paused, and then you play it again, I only have sound. The picture does not move and is frozen. The same happens when fast forwarding.
Does anyone have any idea what I can do?
