I have Plex Pass lifetime account. I have set up multiple users to connect remotely. Thus, I am not using the direct connection over 32400. At a remote location, one of the users can connect from their phone, but not from Xbox One player. Yet, the Plex client on Xbox One cannot find my server. The server status is “[myserver] is Currently Unavailable” and “This server is offline or unreachable - [myserver]”. I am allowing insecure connections. I have set the logging on via “Log to Media Server [myserver]”. Client version is 5.2.1. How do I troubleshoot this?
Revision: I downgraded by selecting “Leave Early Access”, which gave me the 2.59.3.70 client, and it worked.
