March 2024 Xbox1 no longer see’s my server

I’ve used Plex for my XB1 and PS5 for quite a while with no issues. Had not used it for a few weeks then tried to watch something but Plex on my XB1 says server unavailable. Updated everything, checked connections and everything is updated per suggestions. I still am not able to connect anymore. Simply says Server is Currently Unavailable.

I log in on my laptop to plex on my network and I’m able to see it without issue. Ive tried googling but I really could not find the solution to help. I have limited time to be Indiana Jones and search the forums for a solution so humbly asking for help or suggestions as to what I can try to get my system back up.

From what I remember I think I still pay for Plex, and I know this is a community trouble shooting community. I’ve emailed support directly and still no response. I’ve watched Plex on my Xbox since XB360, so it still continues to not see my media server.

I tried logging in in my PS5, and it actually found it, so I went in to the XB1 and deleted Plex and reinstalled it, same isssue. No settings have changed within the XB1 so this is becoming a major issue.

Any support would be great, tweak network settings? PMS settings? Anything… thanks.
