Plex access via Wireguard

I have Plex running on an Ubuntu Server VM in Proxmox.
I was given this server by a friend leaving the country temporarily to keep it online.

Unfortunately I can’t open port 32400 on my router.

I do have a cloud VPN which uses wireguard and a caddy reverse proxy to run a Navidrome mp3 server successfully.

I’ve looked around and while I’ve seen some talk, I haven’t figured out if I can successfully port forward Plex down my Wireguard tunnel and have it accessible to the outside world via my cloud VM.

Can anyone shed any light on this.
