I have a lifetime membership and recently my plex.tv account was hacked and the email changed to 10martin02@protonmail.com I was sent a recovery code of bC1uDDdepLmfTCiVW-nG however the email went to my SPAM folder and it expired. I am not unable to change it back. I have emailed the billing department but have not heard back. Is there a moderator that could help me recover my account, I would rather not have to pay for another lifetime subscription.

No. You need to work with the billing department. They will need to verify some account information with you first, which moderators won’t have access to.

I spent half an hour searching for a way to contact billing to get a mistake on my email address situation resolved and could find nothing that allows me to contact billing or anyone other than this forum.
