Plex acts like it is not installed after a day or two

I’m not sure which logs to provide, so if you know where to look for this issue, let me know:

Plex will run fine for a day or two, sometimes most of a week, but eventually will crash somehow, and I can’t get it started again so I restart the Windows 7 computer that it’s running on, and when I try to run the server, the shortcut says that the file it points to no longer exists, so I run a “repair” through appwiz.exe and it works again, but then a few days later it starts over again.

The player version is marked N/A because it doesn’t matter what player/device I try to use if the server itself isn’t running.

UPDATE: Just tried updating the server version, and just like every other time, somewhere it crashed and the server wouldn’t start again.

Restarted the computer and now I’m at version 1.18.4.2171, so that’s new. We’ll see if this holds over the next couple of days.
