Server crashes within 1-20 minutes of restart

I had to reinstall Plex Server and now it crashes within 1-20 minutes, without fail. The icon in the system tray just disappears,

I have as yet been unable to stream anything to a Plex Player as it either stays on the waiting circle or says the sever is disconnected.

It will ALWAYS crash within 10-15 minutes, however if I try to start the Plex player on my TV it crashed instantly.

This has only happened tonight, until then it would work fine.

I have attached the log zip, if it tells anyone anything.
