Plex Agent issues? "Unknow metadata type: folder" and more

Hello all,

I’m hoping you guys can help me with my obsure issues I have with please.

For one, it seems that my metadata agents are not being found/corrupted, I get errors like:
“Request for plug-in [tv.plex.agents.movie] but it doesn’t exist.” (Same for series)

also when refreshing metadata for a library I get quite often :
“Unknown metadata type: folder”

along with warnings such as:
" QueryParser: Invalid field ‘contentDirectoryID’ found, ignoring."
“QueryParser: Invalid field ‘smart’ found, ignoring.”

So my issue right now is that for one, I cannot refresh metadata of a library, I only get errors. Also Plex has been crashing unexpectedly, I suspect some corruption somewhere. I have done DB repair, I even restored a backup I had from last month. It passes the Pragma check, and I have also reindexed. I’m afraid it’s possible my issue is also present in my backups.

Are there any obvious signs I’m missing here? What would you recommend I do in case of some corruption?
