New Plex Series Agent doesn't find Metadata

Hello everyone,

the new Plex TV Series Agent doesn’t find any Metadata anymore.
It worked a few weeks ago.
But now it doesn’t even find any Metadata even i try to search for it manualy.
I get alway no results. If i Swap the agent back to the Old TVDB Agent, it works.

This what the Konsole spits out if i try to search manualy:

Does anyone have a Idea what the problem might be?

Try restarting the server. There is a known issue that can cause this in the current release which is fixed in the current beta version (Plex Media Server - #609 by drzoidberg33)

I restarted ther Server 3 times aleady.
i will test the Beta version and see if it helps.

That may not be your problem though.

If you can send me server logs I can take a look.

Thanks, the issue I mentioned does appear to be your problem. I see you restarted once, which fixed the issue but then you didn’t call the agent, then you restarted again which caused the issue to re-occur.

The beta will address this issue but just also be aware that it is a beta and please read the release notes first.

Ah, Now I restartet Plex once and it is running.
So I won’t mess around with it any further XD
