Plex agents 404 error

Having issues with Plex not able to download any metadata for shows and movies.

Tried: disabling ipv6 on system and Plex, changing DNS to 1.1.1.1 instead of pi-hole, full reinstall of Plex (this is a fresh install running on a fresh Ubuntu 20.04.4 VM), clearing cache

ALL agents say error 404, and are unable to connect.

I did some testing by using an ssh proxy tunnel and it seems that loopback works perfectly fine, i am able to access the Plex page locally over the tunnel. Also full server logs are now on post.
