Recently reinstalled Windows and installed a fresh copy of Plex. I pointed it to some media and it picked up it fine. The metadata and art doesn’t seem to be coming down for anything. All of the shows and movies were working under my old install. Any advice? I think I attached the correct log files.

Can you attach the complete zip file with all logs?
Unless you’re using a legacy agent or only home video libraries, those two files will be of little help.

Looks like some network issue preventing Plex resolve the domain plex.tv or even its own gateway. Maybe you can check the DNS settings of your PC or router. Sometimes this can also be related to some kind of security app that’s blocking activities of other apps.
