Plex analysis some of my movies with the wrong audio.
For example I ripped the movie Jumper with makemkv, I selected the english and and german 7.1 DTS-HD track. When uploaded to plex it shows the following audio options: german - DTS 7.1 and english - DTS 3.1. At first I thought it ripped the wrong audio but if check the file with mkvtoolnix info it shows 7.1 surround for both audio tracks.

For another movie with the same problem that I ripped again but this time with a separate core audio I get the same result for the “faulty” track but the core audio gets analysed right as DTS-5.1
Is there a setting that I’m missing or did I rip wrong.
Appreciate the help
Server is running on a nvidia shield with version: 1.13.0.5023
Edit: Nevermind, I now know what is causing the problem it is the DTS HRA profile, apparently plex doesn’t support it. And on the blu ray box of jumper it says 7.1 DTS-HD and HRA or high resolution is missing but in makemkv you see only the HRA track.
So my fault
Should have seen that
