does this work with plex and allow multi room?

This looks fairly strait forward to me, although I am not a programmer/hacker. What program or tool I could use to edit the code of the Alex skill? I would be willing to spend the time to do some R&D on the existing skill to get the command “Alexa have PLEX play the album xyx everywhere”. to do something
Seems like all that’s needed is to ad a few lines of code to the PLEX skill. With that being said if it was that easy someone would have already done it, I looked into creating a Alexa skill a while back and it didn’t look to daunting, I just couldn’t think of a worthwhile skill to develop. Any help would be appreciated.

Ich nehme mal an das Amazon da den Daumen draufhĂ€lt und Plex will es sich mit denen nicht verscherzen. Habe jetzt auf dem FireTV Stick 4 K eine Heimkinogruppe mit 2 Echos erstellt und darĂŒber lĂ€uft ja Plex in Stereo. Ich glaube es wird nie geschehen außer Plex wĂŒrde Geld an Amazon zahlen.
