I am a user with a terra-master F2-220, and I couldn’t connect a remote server to PLEX service.
I have an HG633 Router from TalkTalk connected to a Netgear switch ( this switch distributes 2 PC and the NAS)
Router options: it has port forwarding (32400 PLEX ) to the NAS (it is linked with the MASK) and also The NAS it showed as static IP. UPnP option is ON as well on the router.
When I check if my port is open on this website:
it continuously says that it closed
I have done a lot of tests but I am completely stuck on this point, any help it would be much appreciated.
