I just installed the Plex Server on my Asustor AS5202T NAS. I have no interest at this point in movie, TV or video, just music. I got the music library’s loaded. Installed app on android phone. The app finds my library but it will not find my Marantz ND8006 network player. But the Marantz in “Music Server” mode will find the Plex server on the NAS, but it’s remote is too clunky to browse my 8TB library. I have enabled DLNA on the server which is the Marantz protocol. Am I missing something? Can I force the app to find renderers on my local network?
Plex clients cannot cast to a DLNA client. You can only access the server via the DLNA clients own controls as you saw.

DLNA is between the Marantz receiver DLNA client and the Plex DLNA server. You control it via the receiver’s remote (or maybe a Marantz mobile app). You cannot control it from a Plex app.
If the Marantz supports AirPlay or Chromecast, you should be able to cast/fling to it from the Plex mobile app.
