I would like to point out, that it is possible to use plex as launcher on Android by using the app Target Home Launcher.
It would be great if it would be possible to access system settings via the plex menu. Then we would have a clean experience.
The Plex app is not designed as a launcher on Android. I don't see this happening at all, TBH.

acts as Launcher Proxy and starts are predefined app when you push the home button. So I have here Plex set as app that opens when pushing the home button. The only necessary thing would be to be able to access system settings directly from the plex app.
