Hi there, I am faced with a situation which I have been unable to figure out. I have remote access enabled and all clients except for android mobile sending to their chromecast have been able to play direct. The below screenshot shows the chromecast playing indirectely while an ios client is playing directly. I have tried making sure the client is on wifi before starting plex so that it isn’t a switch from cellular to wifi. I have also tried getting the user to switch user and then back in. This hasn’t always been the case and seems to have been a recent change.
Note: both clients in the screenshot are not local clients. The one user that has this issue with chromecast is able to play in browser with direct. So it’s not their network either.
Has anyone been having this issue lately? Any suggestions?
