(only now i had time to add extra details i was not able see all relevant plex versions before now)
the reason i said this was i been having trouble downloading a file that is 30gb in size, i do have enough space and somehow over 3 tries i never managed to complete it, my server is on Version 1.26.0.5715 and android player(beta) 9.2.0.32419, anything else if you need extra info just say it
You can only download 1 version currently. In most cases it will be the one with the highest quality. There isn’t an option to download a specific version.

Resuming is automatic. There isn’t a pause option so there isn’t a need for a resume option. There is a feature request to add a pause. If there is an error or something that causes Downloads to stop, you can force it to retry/resume by pulling down on the Downloads page to refresh the information.

Sometimes it is not possible to resume a Download and it must start from the beginning. It’s possible the download hadn’t finished so it keeps retrying from the beginning and just hasn’t had enough time to finish. I would need the Android logs and your server logs to check.
