So the problem I am having is that I can’t download multiple episodes or movies at the same time. It is fine if you try to download one episode and wait for it to finish before you start another one. If you start multiple downloads at the same time the start to download and goes to like 99.9% and then they give the error: “Error downloading this item”. And it does that for practically all items.
So downloading a complete series is a pain in the ass…
The download sometimes doesn’t start fully if you don’t go into the Downloads tab in the app, but that’s a hit or miss.
I have provided some logs from the iPad i was using when it happened. And I can provide logs from the server when I return home from my trip. Because I have no problem recreating the problem. I also tried reinstalling the app and restart the server after clearing cache.
