Apologies, I clearly didn’t read your initial post thoroughly enough. Since you need to be able to access settings to see the logs, I genuinely have no idea. Hopefully somebody more knowledgeable comes along and can help.

Sadly you can’t even contact them through the Play store and Google TV lacks feedback reporting for apps. @ChuckPa you have any intel on how to have anyone even look at this bug?

Weird not really a new account but it was dormant. If I make the changes using another account on the same HOME will it save them? Sadly I can’t se auto login for this account though if some changes can be saved…

Confirm that it works with version 9.15.0. The new account has access to the application settings with this specific version.
