For some reasons the Plex app I downloaded from Microsoft Store (also payed the 4$ fee)is not allowing me to login.
It says wrong credential even though I can login to the Web site correctly.
I have a premium plan.

When did you buy that app… I thought it’s been discontinued years ago and there’s quite a number of alternative apps for Windows (e.g. Plex for Windows, Plex HTPC…).
Edit: what I meant to write was… I can imagine the app having been discontinued that long ago might result in it not supporting certain newer use cases of Plex (e.g. 2FA).

I had the app sitting there, I hadn’t use it for a while.
After I received the notice of possible hacking yesterday, I changed the password and activated 2FA.
I opened the App and it said I had to pay $4.
Which I paid,
So I just uninstalled it and looked for it in Microsoft Store again.
Well, it is not there anymore. I didn’t know it was discontinued.

Check out the current Plex client apps for Microsoft
Not sure where those $4 went and what they used to cover… I’ll pass it on, though I’m skeptical if anybody is actively working on anything related to the MS app store.
