Not a huge breaking bug or something but just a small issue I've noticed since the launch of the app (figured it'd get fixed by now).
The Plex icon doesn't show up properly in activity feeds (the main "What's New" feed on the dashboard and under "Recent Activities" on each user's profile) like all other apps and games. It defaults to the icon of a controller which is what shows when those images are broken or missing.

Screenshot is from the PlayStation mobile app, but it displays the same way on the PS4 console itself.
