Plex App Libraries Not Syncing

I made some changes to my folder structure in the Plex Web app and re-arranged media.

Now, when I log on to the Plex App on Ipad, I see the new folder structure.

On Windows devices (two of them), the Plex App shows the old folders and doesn’t update. Here’s a detailed example:

Web Client:
Library = Movies

Plex App in Ipad:
Library = Movies

Plex App on Windows:
Library = Movies

In the Web client, I add another library called Movies New and delete Movies. Here is what I’m seeing:

Web Client:
Library = Movies New

Plex App in Ipad:
Library = Movies New

Plex App on Windows:
Library = Movies

Obviously since I deleted the Movies library if you click on this in the Windows App it throws an error. It also doesn’t show the new library (Movies New).

Question:

How do I force my windows apps to sync with the Plex server and update these libraries?

I got it working. I had to click on local content and then back to my server content and the libraries refreshed!
