Plex App never works on all platforms !

Hi

I currently pay for Plex Premium,
To start off with Plex has never worked on my PS3 or my Smart TV but I have always put up with this as there has never been an issue with it on my PS4.

But now it has decided to not work on my PS4, all it seems to do is prompt me to keep linking the app with my account but never signing me in then ultimately the app crashes leaving me nowhere.

So why am I paying for a service which in reality never worked properly and definetly does not want to now.

You have made reference to your apps not working but you have not made any reference to your server. Is there a problem with it? What can you tell me about it?

Before anyone can even start to help you, there is so much information needed. And that info HAS to come from you.

What type of computer are you running PMS on? (PC, MAC, NAS, etc.)
What OS is PMS running on?(including service packs, version numbers, etc.)
What version number of the Plex Media Server are you running? (Web App -> Settings -> Server and report this number.)
Do you have debug level logging enabled on the server? Can you post your logs?
When you log into the Web App are you signed in with the Pass account? (Log out, then log back in.)

We could try to shotgun this, giving a list of the probable answers, but without more hard info it’s a crap shoot to figure out which is causing your problems.
