Not liking the lack of support of DTS and DTS-HD and True-HD. F U Apple!
That is weird. I logged out of my US iCloud account and into my UK account and PLEX popped straight up in App Search. Downloaded and signed into PLEX and now have it working.
Some sort of bug I suppose.

Just hasn’t made to all the content servers yet probably…
@nekton1 - I could be wrong, but I believe the Apple TV app shows up in some users “purchased” apps list on the tvOS app store, because they have previously purchased iOS versions of the app on other devices. Thus they could navigate to the app in that way…

This is really my number one complaint, too, but I’ll live just fine with DD 5.1 for now. Hopefully the next ATV will support other codecs.
One question for @elan and crew, though. Apple TV does support Apple Lossless, which can handle multi-channel audio streams. I wonder if PMS could be updated to transcode higher-end codecs like DTS-MA and True-HD into Apple Lossless?
Just to be sure: enabling SRT subtitles will initiate a video transcode right?
I have DTS being sent through with no trans-coding done by the server. It hits the receiver at multi channel but I assume that its just passing through the audio. So doesn’t that mean it’s DTS?

The only issue is that swiping fast forward or backwards the small preview is not yet filled with a picture of the point where the cursor is (as it’s done in the Netflix app) … there’s just an empty frame. But most important: We’ve got it and it works! :x
BTW: Found also in purchased, German store. However, TVoS needs still some bugfix releases … 
Soo… Where is the companion Apple Watch app??? :))
That would make sense BUT I have already purchased it for iOS—although possibly on a different iCloud account (need to check)—anyhow problem solved with dl from UK.

Found a bug, when you mark a whole TV show as unwatched the app just crashes out and I return back to the main menu.
Other than that, it looks fab!
Oh my god, ATV4 suddenly makes a lot of sense. And whats this I play an MKV and its in glorious 5.1, everything Amazon Fire promised to be!

In Canada here, the Plex app is available and now installed. Great job to the Plex team looks and perform is fantastic. I look forward to future enhancements or improvements
Does everyone has plex shortcut like netflix when you place the plex app on the top row? Mine just have the plex logo.
