Mobile app stops playback of all media types after 10-30 seconds, effectively rendering the app unusable.

We would need to see you android logs and likely your server logs as well from right after playback stops

The Andoid mobile app is not free. You need to unlock it, either in the app store using a one-time payment or with a Plex Pass.
