Android plex app stop playing after 59sec

android client stop playing movies after 59sec and going back to main page of movie
ive check the web player and its work as it should but android client stop playing

ive check it on 2 android phones on both got same results , for me its look like client stop playing for some reason but if i stream movie from my android plex app to my cromecast( dont have smart tv) its working , lol

any help with that ???

Unless you’re using a different Plex account than the one here in the forum you seem not to have a Plex Pass. Did you unlock the apps at some point? Otherwise it’s a known / by-design restriction of the mobile apps – unless unlocked via Plex Pass membership or one-time activation, playback in those apps will be limited to 1 min.

no i dont have plex pass on any account , iam using same account as in this forum , so basicly i have to buy plex pass to be able to watch my movies on android phone ???
so why i can stream them to my cromcast and its working without plex pass ???

No… the activation is included in a Plex Pass membership but you can also activate/unlock the basic app via a one-time in-app purchase (usually around 5$/€). The Plex Pass membership has some other benefits (e.g. mobile sync, skip intro, DVR…) but isn’t required for streaming etc.

The restriction is only about the mobile clients – you can use the big-screen apps, the web app or desktop apps without such a restriction.
