Hi,
I have just taken delivery of a new 2019 model Samsung QLED TV and cannot find the Plex app in their app store. I have downloaded and installed the BetaV2 app (as per instructions on this forum) and so far it appears to work fine, but I would like to have the “official” (i.e. non-beta) version.
Can I download it from anywhere, or should I be directing myself towards Samsung support/

The Plex app brings together all your favourite TV shows and
films. This app works best with large displays and therefore, a television is a much better platform for the app as compared to a smartphone. Before installing the Plex app, check whether Samsung smart TV or QLED TV that you own is supported. Not all TVs may be supported, and you can confirm the support for your TV by visiting Samsung’s official website. Remember to check the exact model of your TV to ensure no misreading of the software support. If the TV that you own isn’t compatible, you may not be able to download the app on your TV.
