I have two account on Plex, one for parents and one for kids. I tag movies using the “Sharing Label” to add movies to the “Kids” account. Now, I’m not one to use the TV as a babysitter, but let’s face it…it works and it’s great, especially on road trips. What would be great is the ability to tell my Plex App where to go on startup…for example, log straight into the “Kids” account and go to “Browse Movies”. This would make it easier for my 3 year old to pick what she wants to watch when we’re in the car. As it is currently, she has to know which account to select and then go to the menu options and select movies…blah blah blah…she’s 3…she can’t read yet but knows movies by the cover. Going to straight to " Browse All Movies" would mean she can run the show by herself in the car. Just a thought. Thanks for the great software!!!
Set the kids account to restricted to a label and then set your kids movies sharing label to match.
I already do this. This has nothing to do with my feature request
for example, log straight into the “Kids” account
This feature is already there, Settings > Account > Sign in automatically.
