Hi,

I Install plex 2 months ago, all work great when we use cellphone or computer, but when we try to connect to the server with a xbox,ps4, or smart tv, that show us a message : le serveur est innacessible.

The last update are done… the server is not it the same house. Also, in this same house all will work great with a computer or a cellphone.

When i use it with me google home mini and me chromecast, that work great too.

I really need help, what’s the way i should took to diagnosticate de probleme and solve it.
