Plex server unavailable

Hello,

Sorry to disturb but I’ve tried a lot of stuff and plex is not working.

I had a macbook and I managed to play Plex on my TV and on my PS4

Then I left the mac and changed for a PC on Windows 10

And now on TV and PS4 I have : the serveur is unavailable.

DNLA is active
I shut down my firewall just in case
PS4 for and Plex for smart TV are on the list of authorized product

And on console I have :

HTTP error requesting GET http://192.168.1.1:49152/wps_device.xml (0, No error) (Failed connect to 192.168.1.1:49152; No error)

And

Error issuing curl_easy_perform(handle): 7

So if someone have an idea it would be great.

Precision :
It’ on the same network, my mac is working, my PC is not.

Somebody have an idea?
