In the last year, all of my platforms (Xbox one, windows, Roku, iPad) are randomly missing the cover art for movies and TV shows. They were all there and then, possibly after an update, a lot of it disappeared. I’ve tried refreshing all of the metadata, but it doesn’t work. All of the cover art was there for years and now a large portion randomly has disappeared across all of my platforms. Now it just shows a black box with the Plex arrow inside of it. It still works to click on it and everything plays just fine, but it looks terrible and sloppy and I tend to select based on the visual of the media rather than the title. Anyone have any insight on this and what to do to fix it?
