I have a lifetime Plexpass and I am reopening a discussion as the previous one was closed. I have tried any advices that was given in the previous topic without having any effect on the music art album repeatedly disappearing after some days, having either to manually add cover art again in Plex, unmatch the album or refresh metadata.
Like other users I am really sick and tired having to correct this bug manually every couple of weeks.
I don’t understand why Plex developers are not taking that seriously and fix that bug once for all… Can you please do something ?
I am also testing Emby, although other inconveniences are present on this other solution, this is not occurring there. It seems then it could be possible to have a streaming solution that doesn’t have this kind of issue !
