Simple answer is enable a concurrent user licence for Plex arcade. Simply allow all users to access plex arcade but limit concurrent use to the number of licences purchased. This would be a far better system and would probably encourage more people to buy additional licences for Plex Arcade. I for one would probably licence 2-3 users from the start and then if my users complain that they are struggling to find a licence i’d buy more based on demand.
Thank you for the suggestion. Plex Arcade is still an experimental project and it’s future is unknown. This is something that has come up and sometime for Plex to discuss in the future, but there are no immediate plans for this.
