Hi there,
Trying out the arcade but had some issues playing games with the error “I need a subscription to play” even though I have already subscribed and done the setup. I have also not logged in to a managed user to try. Ran the media server on my gaming PC and set up the default Arcade library but still gave that error when trying.
Tried with the iOS client and also with the Chrome browser on the same PC getting the same error. How can I get this going please.
