I just want to start a Plex Arcade subscription but I can’t do that. The page is sending me to Checkout | Plex and then it cicles in the infinityand saying: Setting up checkout for you. I tried this on Mac, Windows, iPhone and Android. Same problem. No difference if I choose home internet or mobile data. Can someone tell me if they can get the site to work?
Are you using some DNS filter in your home network?
Or some web browser add-in which does some filtering?
Could you try these 2 options:
1 - Sign-in on the homepage
2 - Access https://www.plex.tv/arcade/checkout/ directly
1 - Sign-out
2 - Sign-in through the checkout flow https://www.plex.tv/arcade/checkout/
If problem persists, please open the “developer options” of your web browser and look for javascript errors.
