Plex, are you going to respond?

The new UI is completely navigable at this point. The problem is that Plex hasn’t documented how to properly navigate it. They haven’t documented how to favorite (pin) libraries and playlists nor have they explained how to remove their on-demand/live offerings. That’s on them.

However, there’s nothing in the new interface which cannot be intuited/learned from using it for more than a couple of hours.

Folks come here and complain that the new interface is “unusable.” I use it literally every day. I can navigate it and play my media without issue. I have my preferred libraries set as favorites, so they’re available right from the library selection bar immediately. I don’t have to perform any more clicks than I did in the “classic” interface.

Where Plex failed here (and they did fail) was not explaining how to migrate from the old interface to the new interface properly. There was no documentation. No first-run “wizard.” But that doesn’t mean the new interface is unusable. It just means that Plex did a very poor job of telling folks how to use it.
