I just bought a 2023 model Toshiba Fire TV. When I’m browsing Plex the cover art randomly stops showing. After this, pressing home, the home screen stops working correctly. Trying to access anything other than an app results in Plex being shown again, like the home screen crashed. Loading an other app and going back home causes the same thing to happen but that app is shown again. The only way to fix it on this TV is to pull the plug.
This doesn’t happen with any of my 3 fire sticks.
I’ve been using the TV perfectly fine for 2 days with every other app, using Jellyfin for media. I’ve had a Plex pass for a while so I’d rather be using Plex.
Is there anything I can do to help track down the problem?
