Adding my note here as a +1. Recently seeing a rash of clients that have never buffered ever (Server on a gigabit fiber connection) seeing buffering daily.
Added 0.0.0.0/0 default route as noted above = issue cleared right up.
I didn’t even have LAN clients limited at all. Why would Plex throttle or mess with that?
